Support
Support andsafety.
Ṣeré support, the venue running your game, and the route for a safety concern are three different things. This is which one to use.
A safety concern about a player or a game
You can report a concern from any confirmed game in the app. Reports go to a person, are handled separately from attendance, and neither affects the other — reporting someone does not mark you as a no-show, and it does not tell them you reported.
For anything urgent, use the in-app safety report — it is the route the founders review, and during the pilot it is the fastest way to reach a person. If the concern is about something that has already happened, or you cannot use the app, pilot players can reach the founders directly.
Something about a specific game or venue
The venue runs the game, so the venue is the fastest route for anything happening on the day: the pitch, the facilities, getting in, or a cancellation inside the 24-hour cutoff. The game screen names the venue and its address; a direct contact route on each game is being added.
Ṣeré support can chase a venue for you and can tell you what your booking says, but cannot overrule a venue’s decision about its own game. The reasoning is on the cancellations and refunds page.
Everything else
There is no public support inbox yet. A monitored support address, and the response time we commit to, will be published here before payments open; during the pilot, players reach the founders directly. Include the game and the date if it is about a booking — that is enough for us to find it.
Useful things to know before you write:
- A refund — cancel before the 24-hour cutoff and it is automatic. Inside it, a refund is the venue’s decision, not ours: start with the venue.
- Deleting your account is in Settings in the app, and takes effect immediately. You do not need us for it.
- Your data — copies, corrections and deletion requests use the same route during the pilot; say it is a data request and it is treated as one. See the privacy notice.
- A complaint we cannot settle between us has an escalation route in section 10 of the terms.
Who you are writing to
Ṣeré is run by its founders. No operating company has been registered yet; the operating entity, its company number and its registered address will be named here before we take payment from the public. The longer version is in section 1 of the terms.
